New Features:

Expansion of Recipe Customization on Customer Front End
In this new release, the Recipe Customization feature has expanded, allowing MealTrack clients to configure optional and required customizable ingredient options for front-end customers to select during the ordering process. These customizations can be set with minimum or maximum thresholds and defaults. Paired with the Recipe Auto-Selection feature this allows easy selection of customizations on behalf of front-end customers, making the ordering flow more efficient.

Additionally, we've added configurations to control quantity selections in the cart throughout the entire order flow. While this capability was previously limited to the Checkout page, front-end customers can now adjust their selections at any point without returning to the Recipe card selectors.

“Pay Later” Feature
We've introduced a new "Pay Later" setting on the Checkout page. This option caters to companies who prefer alternative payment methods like Zelle or Venmo over traditional payment providers. With this feature enabled, front-end customers can place orders without entering a payment card.

MealTrack clients who choose this payment method can process these transactions offline through their preferred third-party payment vendor and separately mark them as paid on MealTrack.

Improvements:

Updated Styling Components

We have updated the theming components throughout the customer experience, enhancing the overall visual appeal.

Gift Card Redemption on Customer Account Pages

In our previous release, Gift Cards could only be used on the Checkout page. Now, MealTrack clients can inform their customers that Gift Cards can be applied on customer account pages when a Balance Due appears on the My Meals page or the Orders and Subscriptions pages.

Improved Checkout Navigation for New Customers

We've made the Checkout page more intuitive to help new customers successfully navigate through the necessary steps. This improvement streamlines the checkout process for a smoother experience.

The Ability to Remove Unwanted Payment Cards on Customer Account

Front end customers can now remove payment cards that they no longer need associated to their accounts.

Improved Bundle Options

With this release, we now offer a diverse set of side-by-side options for meal bundles—especially for multi-week and partial week ordering scenarios.

Better Experience Adding New Ingredients on the Manage Ingredients Page in manage.mealtrack.com

MealTrack clients will now enjoy an improved experience when creating new ingredients, thanks to the in-line add feature. This enhancement allows all ingredient-related components to be easily configured directly on the grid during the addition process.

Adding More Warning Visibility on the Order Update Dialog

When customers are making updates to their Subscriptions, the Update Orders dialog they are presented with will display more warning messages and additional checks before submitting their changes and updating orders that may have meals selected.

Skip Days are Maintained Upon Making Changes to Subscriptions

Customers who have skipped days on an order do not need to worry about losing those days if they decide to make changes to their subscriptions.

Bulk Payments for Various Types of Orders on the Manage Renewals and Balances Page

The Manage Subscriptions Page has been renamed to Manage Renewals and Balances. MealTrack clients can now view first-time orders and one-time orders on this page, streamlining the process of bulk payments for all order types.
